1. Information we collect

Contact form and waitlist submissions

When you submit the contact form or sign up for a product waitlist, we collect:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The topic you selected and any message you wrote

We use this information to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.

Calendar bookings

When you book a call via our scheduling page, we use Cal.com to manage the booking. Cal.com collects your name, email address, and the selected meeting time. See Cal.com's privacy policy at cal.com/privacy for how they handle that data.

Automatically collected information

When you visit thezeal.ai, our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard web server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not run any analytics script on the site — no Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising tracking.

2. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — cookies that are necessary for the site to function. We do not set tracking or advertising cookies.

The Cal.com booking embed on /book may set functional cookies to manage the booking session. These are scoped to the booking flow and are not used for tracking across other sites.

If we add any non-essential cookies in the future (for example, analytics), we will update this policy and display a consent notice before setting them.

3. How we store your data

Contact form submissions and waitlist signups are sent directly to our CRM, HubSpot (HubSpot Inc., United States), where we store and manage them so we can correspond with you and follow up appropriately. Data is stored in the United States.

We use Resend (Resend Inc.) to send transactional emails — for example, a confirmation when you submit the contact form. Resend processes your email address to deliver that message.

4. Who we share your data with

We share your data only with the service providers listed above (HubSpot, Resend, Cal.com), and only to the extent needed to operate the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose your data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep contact form submissions and CRM records for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them. If you have not been in contact with us for three years and we have no ongoing relationship, we will delete your record.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

If you are in the European Economic Area or UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Data transfers

Our service providers are based in the United States. If you are located in the EEA or UK, your data is transferred to the US under the data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses maintained by each provider (HubSpot, Resend, Cal.com).

8. Children

Our services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We will not make retroactive changes that reduce your rights without notice.
